The people behind OKR Companion
OKR Companion was built at DigitalWinners, in the collaboration of its two consulting arms: OKR Experten and KI-Experten. The method comes from years of OKR practice, the technology from AI projects.

The app is made by DigitalWinners GmbH, a consulting boutique for AI, OKR and digital transformation based near Munich, Germany. Its managing director is Erno Marius Obogeanu-Hempel. The team advises corporations, mid-sized companies, scale-ups and start-ups – and builds the tools it needs in that work.
OKR Companion started exactly there: with the questions that come up in every OKR workshop. How do I phrase an objective that really describes an outcome? Which metric works as a key result, and which one is only a control measure? The three AI tools answer those questions where they arise – in the middle of the work, not in the next workshop.

Why this combination matters
AI on its own writes fluent sentences, not good OKRs. An objective without an outcome, a key result without a baseline, a metric nobody can measure weekly: spotting those mistakes takes someone who has introduced OKR in real organisations. That experience is what sits in the prompts, the quality rules and the follow-up questions of the three tools.

Where the app is built and hosted
Development and operations are in Germany: the app, user accounts and chat histories are stored on servers in Frankfurt am Main – with an EU hosting provider subject to European law.
