Where your data is processed
- The app, user accounts and chat histories are stored on Hostinger servers in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. Our contracting party Hostinger International Limited is based in Cyprus and subject to European law. Hostinger is not a US cloud provider and, according to publicly available company information, has no US parent company. In particular, there is therefore no CLOUD Act risk arising from belonging to a US group.
- The AI responses of the three tools are generated by OpenAI. Your input is sent there – for photo uploads also the image, for dictation the audio recording.
- In the Companion Secure plan, text requests to the OKR Goal Assistant go through anymize (anymize GmbH, Kiel, Germany) instead: personal details are replaced before being passed on, the model used there (Mistral) answers the anonymised version, and the answer is then de-anonymised. Dictation, photos and the phone camera continue to run via OpenAI.
All prices are net, plus statutory VAT, and apply per user. The offering is aimed exclusively at business users. After the minimum term, the monthly plan can be cancelled at any time.
